Girl from Karbi Anglong wins Miss India 2017 organised by Walking Toes

Girl from Karbi Anglong Miss Smrita Rani Bora has won the Miss India 2017 title at the beauty pageant organised by Walking Toes in New Delhi this Saturday.

The event was organised at the Western King Hotel in New Delhi from June 21 to June 24. Smrita started her career from Muga Spice Nagaon.  She was also the 2nd runner up in Mega Miss Assam 2017. She dedicates her win to her parents, family members, her friends and her teachers Raj Aryan Agamacharya and Rupak Suresh.

Ajay Singh from Delhi won the title of “Mr India” in the same event. It must also be noted that another Assamese girl Miss Palasi Das won the Runner up title in the contest.
