‘Black Panther’ earns $1 Billion worldwide in just four weeks

Guwahati, March 11: Marvel superhero movie ‘Black Panther’, that was released on January 29 has earned over $1 Billion (approximately Rs 6500 crore) after four weeks in theatres. It may also be mentioned that the movie is still in the theatres and the figures are all set to rise to new records.

Based on Marvel Comics character of the same name, Black Panther is produced by Marvel Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures. It must be noted that the movie is now the ninth domestically highest grossing film of all time in the United States.

In another good news for Marvel fans, Marvel Studios have also announced that a sequel of Black Panther is being planned.
